We want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Items must be returned in their original condition.
Any items showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted.
To start a return, please contact us at info@onpointoutfittersbrand.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
